The Culinary Crucible: Foundations in Adaptability
Every great problem-solver starts by mastering precision and pressure. Graduating from The Culinary Institute of America and working as a professional baker and pastry chef, I learned early on how to thrive in fast-moving, unpredictable environments. When I chose to pivot away from the foodservice industry, that foundational adaptability became my greatest asset, proving that elite focus and technical discipline translate perfectly to the corporate world.

Building Customer Trust & Core Operations

Entering the corporate arena, I joined the customer service department of a major, privately owned retailer early in their historic e-commerce expansion. Quickly climbing the ladder from the front lines to management, I served as a supervisor, trainer, and analyst. This era instilled a profound understanding of how customer-focused policies cultivate long-term confidence and brand loyalty during times of massive technological change.

Mastering Data & Business Intelligence
Recognizing that modern businesses thrive on information, I later transitioned into Business Intelligence and Analytics. For over a decade, I collaborated closely with business stakeholders to refine complex business processes, build actionable data reports, and protect critical digital assets. This phase solidified my reputation for turning raw data into strategic, reliable business value.

Securing the Enterprise
Elevating my data and analytical background to the highest level, I transitioned into Information Security. Today, I manage Security Governance and Risk, holding globally recognized industry certifications. Armed with more than 20 years of internal growth within a single enterprise, I am now leveraging my multi-faceted expertise to help small and medium-sized businesses conquer their technological, operational, and security hurdles.

Beyond the Office
True innovation requires out-of-the-box thinking. Outside of my security leadership, I hold a black belt in Shotokan Karate, play musical instruments, paint in acrylics, and I still retain my lifelong passion for culinary arts.
